Vector Re-creation
I enjoy vector work and often will created things in my spare time. I wanted to create a new background for my phone and I was inspired by the end sequence of the movie Spider-man: Into the Spider-verse. I of course did this for my personal phone and do not claim to own any intellectual property.
My friends and I enjoy playing table-top games and I enjoy making character art for the characters I create. The first is the most recent for an upcoming campaign using the Pathfinder system. The second is for a campaign of Edge of the Empire, the Star Wars tabletop game. The third was for one of the first campaigns I had run using the 5th edition Dungeons & Dragons system. It helps to cement portray these characters to both the other players and the person running the campaigns.
I wanted to re-imagine the cover of one of my beloved childhood books Dealing with Dragons by Patricia C. Wrende. I wanted to make something that showed a little bit more of the wonder and suspense the book created. I created first a pencil sketch than went back over with ink pens and watercolor since I wanted minimal color for the cover.
